What started with a love for dogs — and one very important puppy called Winnie — has grown into a premium grooming and pet care experience built around individual attention, professional judgement and genuine trust. While grooming remains at the heart of Bow Wows, our care now extends beyond the grooming table — supporting both dogs and cats through a considered collection of personalised pet care experiences.
Whatever the service, our approach remains the same: understand the individual animal in front of us and provide the care that’s right for them. Because great care isn’t one-size-fits-all. And neither are they.

How It Works
CHOOSE YOUR EXPERIENCE & REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT
Choose the grooming experience that best suits your dog and request your preferred date and time through our online booking system. Not quite sure what they need? That’s okay. We’ll review the information you provide and guide you where needed.
YOUR APPOINTMENT IS CONFIRMED
Once your appointment has been accepted and any required booking payment completed, your dog’s time with us is reserved. Before their visit, we’ll make sure we have the information we need about their coat, health, grooming history and any individual requirements.
WE MEET THE DOG BEFORE WE GROOM THE DOG
When your dog arrives, there’s no rushing straight to the grooming table. We give them time to arrive, take in their surroundings and get comfortable with us. We’ll talk through the groom with you, assess their coat and discuss anything we need to know before beginning. This is where their individual experience starts.
THEIR GROOM. THEIR PACE.
Once you leave, your dog has our full attention. Their groom is shaped around their coat, temperament, comfort and individual needs, with professional judgement guiding us throughout. If they need more time, we slow down. If something needs to change, welfare comes first. One Dog. One Groomer. No Rushing.
BEAUTIFULLY GROOMED. READY FOR HOME.
When your dog’s groom is complete, we’ll let you know they’re ready for collection. At pick-up, we’ll talk you through their groom, anything we noticed and our recommendations for keeping their coat comfortable and manageable between appointments. And because consistency matters, we’ll recommend when we’d like to see them again. Beautiful results. Honest advice. Ongoing care.
